WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express. Arrangements can also be made for payment with PayPal, Revolut or bank transfer – please contact us via Instagram or the Contact Us page to arrange purchase.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. If you have any issues with your football boots, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in undamaged, unworn condition, with original tags attached, PM Boots tags attached and in original box (if order included box).

Please Note – It will be assumed that any removal of tags (original product tags or PM Boots tags), will indicate that the boots have been worn. In this case we reserve the right to refuse a return and the boots will be re-shipped to the customer.

Please contact us and state your name and order number. Once this has been sent, we will send you the delivery address for your boots to be returned to.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. It is the customers responsibility to send the item back to us. In addition to this, we cannot offer refunds on the original postage cost or any transaction fees charged. Once the return has been received, customers will receive their full refund for that of the product itself.

ARE YOUR BOOTS GENUINE?

Here at PM Boots, we guarantee that all the football boots we sell are 100% authentic. We will never sell boots contrary to this.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery to the UK is free.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £9.99.

Delivery to the EU is £14.99.

Delivery to the Rest of the World is £29.99.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

UK Delivery is typically 1-3 working days.

Republic of Ireland Delivery is typically 2-5 working days.

EU Delivery is typically 3-7 working days.

Rest of the World Delivery is typically 7-10 working days.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

All customs and tax charges are included in the final checkout price for customers purchasing from the UK, ROI and rest of the EU. The item price along with shipping cost are the only charges faced; there are no further customs or tax charges for football boots being sent to the UK, ROI and rest of the EU.

DO YOU PURCHASE FOOTBALL BOOTS FROM CUSTOMERS?

Yes, occasionally we will purchase football boots from customers.

Boots must be in brand new condition. If you have a pair of football boots you would like to sell, please contact us on Instagram or on our Contact Us page.

We are not willing to make offers on your football boots.

When selling your item, please forward us clear pictures, the size of the item. The condition of the item (for example, brand new in box, brand new with tags, brand new with drawstring bag etc.) and the price you are asking for the item.

Please remember we are a small business – the better the price you can offer, the more likely we are to purchase.
